YOUR ROLE

The HR Transformation Manager is an experienced professional who specializes in providing consulting services to various clients, focusing on the development and optimization of HR service models. They collaborate with client HR teams, executives, and key stakeholders to create exceptional HR services tailored to their specific requirements.

YOUR TASKS

• Engagement Management: manage the full scope of client engagements, from planning to resourcing, governance and delivery.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies in HR service delivery for diverse clients.
• Technology Integration: Collaborate with client IT and HRIS teams to integrate technology and automation to enhance HR service delivery for various organizations.
• Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new service models for each client, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that HR service models comply with the specific laws and regulations applicable to each client and implement risk mitigation strategies as needed.
• Business Case construction: in close collaboration with client leadership stakeholders, create business case models to identify required change, effort and investments and balance these against expected returns on investment and benefit achievements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic excellency:  bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• Industry knowledge: a minimum of 5 years of practical project experience in the field of HR transformation and minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience
• Experience in HR Technology Implementation: Proven track record of successfully implementing HR technology solutions, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR software, to enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience.
• Consulting experience: practical experience in project management in the HR environment, with extensive experience in HR process design, optimization, and transformation. 
• Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work.
• Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong presentation and moderation skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
