THE WORK

Customer Service activities related to order management and complaint requests from customers received over the phone or via email;

Management of product and distribution complaints, ensuring on-time logging and resolution of the complaints;

Processing returns in SAP and resolving exceptions with the customers;

Handling order errors and exceptions, ensuring on-time follow ups with the Order Entry team;
-
Management of Customer Master Data;
-
Ensuring resolution of queries within the contractual metrics;
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
-
Preferably 1-2 years of business experience in customer service role (Order Management Process preferred)

Preferably knowledge of OTC – Order Management life cycle, SAP order processing

Strong interpersonal andamp; communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact

Fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form andamp; minimum C1 level of German

Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience
-
Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude.
