YOUR TASKS
- Effective team management - conducting regular team and
- Individual meetings, providing feedback, managing and developing talents
- Responsible for admin related activities (working time registration, absences management etc.)
- Supporting daily team performance. Monitor metrics (SLA, KPI) providing weekly/monthly reporting
- Conducting performance reviews
- Ensure effective and efficient execution of procurement process considering client`s needs and requirements
- Provide guideline, share best practices how to purchase goods, materials or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
- Provide efficient services to businesses in alignment with service levels and cost objectives
- Monitor preparation of purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements as well as Client quality requirements
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies, procedures and process flow
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
YOUR PROFILE
- Upper-intermediate English (B2)
- Experience in Procurement Operations (minimum 3 years)
- Strong people management skills (at least 2 year of experience)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively collaborate with internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High organization skills and time management.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Excel skills
- Knowledge of procurement management software (SAP/Ariba/Oracle) as an asset
