YOUR TASKS
- Transformation of client BPO / GBS /SSC query related processes in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Finance etc
- Provide recommendation on “To Be” Connect to Resolve model to meet global, best in class standards,
- Provide guidelines on the technology set up to meet the requirements of transformed C2R model for particular service line
- Prepare user stories and use cases to define requirements for system adjustments
- Preparing process maps for C2R, supported with roles and responsibilities (RACI), and SLA and KPIs
YOUR PROFILE
- Practical knowledge of ServiceNow platform in the areas of: Finance and Control, Customer Service, Vendor management, Communication, Sourcing and Procurement, Audit Risk and Compliance, HR and IT
- Understanding of Connect to Resolve / Query to Resolve processes
- Experience in analyzing and understanding the business need and managing ServiceNow requirements
- Experience in working with IT, developers, operations with focus on delivering the agreed outcome / product / requirement in ServiceNow
- Ability to translate requirements into a business case
- Understanding of different Service Delivery Models (GBS/ SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT etc.)
- General process knowledge - AP/AR/GL/MDM (others as advantage)
- Fluent English, (additional language such as French and / or German is a plus)
