Continuous Improvement Lead HR Operational Services

Your role and responsibilities

This role is part of the Global Quality and Continuous Improvement team. The Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant will support Global HR Operations Leadership Team and HR Operations Teams by managing projects, driving process improvements and leading various change initiatives. The role involves project leadership, stakeholder management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives, with impact on Global, Regional or local level for the HR Operations Organization.
• Leading the assigned initiatives from End To End perspective (planning, coordinating, monitoring progress and risks, proactively acting on mitigation, ensuring objectives and deliverables are met, as per defined requirements).
• Supporting Global and Regional projects within the HR Operations organization (drive appropriate stakeholder management to ensure their expectations are managed and buy-in is ensured).
• Supporting the HR Operations Leadership in business management specific topics, support the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and of better ways of working.
• Ensuring proper documentation of the projects driven as per the corresponding methodology (PM/ Lean Six Sigma).
• Analyzing performance and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborating with HR Operations teams to identify and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing the Continuous Improvement framework, including tools and methodologies.
• Promoting a Continuous Improvement mindset within the organization by training and supporting employees in CI and Project Management practices.
• Mentoring junior CI team members, fostering skill development and collaboration.

Qualifications for the role

• You have 5+ years of experience in similar roles, with hands-on work in improving processes and making things more efficient in a global, shared services environment.
• You have advanced project management skills and a strong command of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies (certification is a plus).
• You have solid analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights.
• You know how to work with HR systems like ServiceNow, Workday, or similar tools, and you understand how HR operations run in these systems.
• You are committed to creating customer-focused solutions, with the ability to translate customer requirements into impactful initiatives and outcomes.
• You demonstrate exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, easily interacting with diverse stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts in a professional manner.
• You demonstrate a structured and detail-oriented approach to work, showcasing strong self-organization and a focus on meeting deadlines.
• You are a creative thinker who can solve problems and handle several tasks at once.
• You excel at creating and delivering engaging and effective presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
