Requirements

• at least 2-3 years of experience in a commercial roles, especially within sales financial analysis, preferably in the eCommerce trade channels,
• strong experience in Power BI and data reporting would be preferred,
• effective communication of complex data insights in clear, actionable ways to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• analysis of sales volume, pricing and discounts,
• regularly review and ensure data integrity in Power BI dashboards and reports. Investigate and correct any discrepancies in the data to maintain accurate reporting for key business metrics,
• support the retailer activities, including processing eCommerce trade channel data, and creating reports that provide actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and business performance,
• act as the first point of contact when customers face issues with cashing in their points. Work with suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution,
• serve as the liaison between the internal team and external suppliers, ensuring clear communication about system issues, updates, and resolutions.
