We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Deputy General Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of seniority, exceptional business acumen and outstanding communication skills. YOUR TASKS

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and various departments within the organization.
• Oversee and manage the legal aspects of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and manage the company's legal risk.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
• Stay current with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master Degree in Law
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. 
• Proven track record within global corporation(s) and off providing strategic legal advice to senior management.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and navigate complex business issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the technology industry.
• Fluency in Polish and English, any other language is a plus.
