YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Deputy General Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of seniority, exceptional business acumen and outstanding communication skills. YOUR TASKS
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and various departments within the organization.
- Oversee and manage the legal aspects of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and manage the company's legal risk.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
- Stay current with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master Degree in Law
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record within global corporation(s) and off providing strategic legal advice to senior management.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and navigate complex business issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Fluency in Polish and English, any other language is a plus.
