YOUR TASKS

• Lead user research initiatives, including planning, executing, and analyzing research studies to inform product design decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and prioritize research initiatives based on product goals and objectives.
• Develop research plans and methodologies, including user recruitment, study design, and data collection methods.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform product design decisions and strategy.
• Communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.
• Mentor and manage a team of UX researchers, providing guidance and support as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience conducting user research in a UX design or product development environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful UX research initiatives that have influenced product design decisions.
• Experience managing a team of UX researchers.
• Expertise in a variety of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with user research tools and software.
