We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland – HYBRID.
Team/department overview:
BNY’s Transfer Agency provides investors with exceptional operational support. Our mission is to maintain robust client relationships and address and resolve inquiries efficiently and promptly. Our daily tasks involve close collaboration with onshore Transfer Agency managers, fund managers, and investors, assisting them in their day-to-day responsibilities centered around servicing investors.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
As an Intermediate Representative within the Settlement team, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and checking settlement-related reporting for clients and internal stakeholders through the designated Transfer Agency platform.
- Processing liquidity-related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
- Integrating in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
- Maintaining data in the Transfer Agency platforms/systems.
- Familiarizing with team procedures as and when they come up for update.
- Contributing to the achievement of the related teams’ objectives.
- Being accountable for your actions.
- Answering inquiries and solving problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Proficiency in PC skills (including Microsoft® Excel, etc.).
- A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience in banking operations processing will be an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- A high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to learning and training, with the ability to quickly develop new skills.
- Fluency in English is essential for this role.
