Requirements

• university degree, bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting,
• min. 5 years of experience in a managerial position in an SSC/BPO structure or international accounting office,
• experience working with various ERP systems, with experience in system optimization and development, 
• ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships,
• experience in conducting on-boarding and off-boarding processes for customers,
• experience in managing large accounting teams in multiple locations,
• very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
• english - min. C1.

Responsibilities

• managing an accounting team (45 FTE) working in 4 countries of the CEE area,
• acting as a backup for team leads and provide support to resolve any issues they encounter,
• recruiting team members, planning resources and allocating work within the teams,
• being part of the management decision-making team, contributing insights and recommendations,
• participating in internal audits and implementing improvements,
• staying informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards,
• collaborating with the sales and marketing unit to align client acquisition and profitability targets,
• developing and implement strategies for high client profitability.
