As GBS HR Services Intern you’ll be involved in administrative tasks in all Hire-to-Retire processes. We’ll introduce you to the world of both HR and customer service because our team is a mix of both. The role will focus on providing support for SN associates within HR area, working in Workday system, issuing documents, and taking care of employees’ personnel files. We support associates in all SN locations within EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa).

What will you be doing?
As an Indirect Data Analytics Compliance Internyou will be responsible for:
- Execute Analytics Tests: Assist in performing analytics tests to monitor compliance with key program requirements, providing early warnings of potential violations or adverse trends.
- Initial Red Flag Assessments: Conduct initial assessments of potential red flags and collaborate with OEC colleagues to refer matters for investigation as needed.
- Design Analytic Tests: Contribute to the creation of analytic tests to support assurance over emerging compliance risks, staying informed about industry trends.
- Data Support for Compliance: Provide data to support Compliance Validation Assignments and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of the global Compliance program.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Assist in preparing reporting content for Compliance oversight committees and support market-specific monitoring activities through the design and provision of bespoke data sets.
What will you need to be successful?
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze trends, issues, or red flags that may indicate bribery or corruption risks.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools and Software: Experience with Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate data into clear and concise insights for internal stakeholders, both written and verbal.
- Professionalism: Engage effectively across cultures, different organizational levels, and functions.
- Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
