Requirements
- solid understanding of ES and HR policies and processes,
- proficiency with Employee Services (ES) systems,
- proficiency in English and French (C1),
- service-oriented mindset ,
- demonstrated ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams,
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively,
- CI skills, including proses documentation,
- capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- serve as the initial contact for all employee services and HR-related questions,
- navigate the ticketing system effectively to liaise with HR Administration, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, and other departments,
- co-create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to equip employees with resources for frequent questions,
- promote self-service tools to streamline employee service and HR experiences,
- resolve Tier 1 tickets promptly, ensuring accurate processing of employee data and queries,
- document all interactions and ensure follow-through on escalated cases until resolution,
- develop and maintain trusted relationships with employees and managers,
- deliver services with a high level of professionalism and empathy to build trust and credibility,
- facilitate collaboration among teams to improve service delivery and reduce response times,
- work with various departments to enhance overall efficiency and service quality,
- conduct training sessions for new hires and managers on ES tools and processes,
- support ongoing learning and development to improve team capability and service quality,
- embrace and promote a culture of continuous improvement,
- identify opportunities for process enhancements and best practices to optimize service delivery.
