Senior Analyst - Risk - Business Consulting
Your responsibilities
- Participation in projects in the field of risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Bank Risk Management: Develop and enhance risk management frameworks tailored for banking clients, encompassing digital risk, operational risk, and third-party risk.
- Internal Audit: Support the execution and improvement of internal audit processes, identifying compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Operational Resilience: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for responding to and recovering from significant ICT disruptions, in alignment with DORA standards and DFSA expectations.
- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships within EY and with clients, promoting a culture of collaboration and trust.

Our requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant programs.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years in Risk Management, particularly in banking risk management, Risk Analytics, Audit Processes, Internal Controls, or other relevant areas.
- Knowledge of banking products.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to handle large amounts of data and perform comprehensive risk identification and assessment.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members, and excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Adaptability: Elusive to changes, open to new challenges, and resilient under stress.
Optional
- Previous experience in an institution with a financial or consulting profile (preferably in a department related to AML, KYC and/or Compliance).
- Interest in New Technologies: Genuine interest in digital transformation and emerging technology risks.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
- Operational Resilience Planning: Experience in operational resilience planning and ICT disruption recovery strategies.
- Continuous Development: Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of emerging technology risks and trends.
- Certifications: Recognized certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CIA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CAMS, etc., are considered a plus.
- Experience in ESG Risk Management: Assessing client risk management programs against regulatory ESG requirements and designing integrated ESG risk management governance
- Experience in Digital Risk Management: Assisting clients in managing technology risks, including Trusted AI, Ethical Use of Technology, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Technology implementations.
