Responsibilities

• conducting comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes,
• creating and implementing sourcing strategies to acquire passive candidates using various tools and channels,
• ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process,
• analyzing applications and recommendations, ensuring a continuous and sustainable flow of talent,
• helps to attract a diverse range of candidates and supporting our focus on Diversity & Inclusion,
• prepares and works on market mapping reports.
