YOUR PROJECT

Global Project Management within Group Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) encompasses both the real estate and transformation projects. The aim is to ensure every project complies with the consistency in standards, investment control and visibility on project progress and risks. 

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate efforts from team members in different time zones and countries for the execution of identified strategic projects in a timely manner (25+ countries, 4 regions).
• Publish regular updates and keep track of prioritized projects among all streams & regions - ensuring our projects are on track  and calling out any deviations from a timeline or a budget perspective.
• Create and maintain quality project documentation such as timelines, risk logs, project reports and change controls, which are kept up to date at all times where involved in projects.
• Synthesize projects and data analysis into clear, relevant, and visually appealing materials.
• Support in the change management for teams to adopt the selected PM software tool (OnePlan).
   

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced numerical skills and worksheets construction and management (e.g. MS Excel).
• Advanced presentation skills and use of Power Point.
• Demonstrated experience in business data analysis, business reporting, operating plans.
• Appetite for learning new tool use – our Global Project Management tool (OnePlan).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and forward planning, proactive and shows initiative.
