YOUR TASKS
- Managing escalations and ensuring the overall team cycle time and effectiveness for deductions and disputes.
- Acting as the first escalation point for contested disputes and deductions.
- Escalating problem deductions and disputes to the client in accordance with the escalation policy and preparing recommendations for actions.
- Reviewing query developments and trends at various customer levels, providing root cause analysis of anomalies, and recommending solutions.
- Attending face-to-face customer meetings as required.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in a Finance & Accounting role, including managing a team of specialists.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries and escalations.
- Excellent negotiation skills that deliver the desired result.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Education background in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics appreciated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
