YOUR PROJECT

YOUR TASKS

• Supporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end Business Transformation & Transition journey.
• Focus on transition project execution but also client advisory in transition area.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from transition perspective.
• Close cooperation with our Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working.
• Building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Min 3 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of Transition Management projects delivery.
• Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects/programs delivery.
• Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area.
• Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders’ management, risk management, overall project management.
• Ability to participate in review project proposals to determine approach, goals, milestones, timeframes, procedures, transition resources for the transition program of a various Function/s.
• Team and Project Team Management – motivate, manage, and inspire project team.
• Excellent presentation skills (developing and delivering).
• Fluent English, (French or German would be an asset).
