We are trusted advisors to our Clients, as our Consultants have hands-on experience and are true experts in the field. We are partnering with external market leading technology vendors; we are exploring new AI technologies as well as collaborate with other Capgemini Business Units to bring the best out of Capgemini Group to our Clients. YOUR TASKS

  • Supporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end Business Transformation journey ensuring new ways of working adoption.
  • Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and rapid adoption of new ways of working.
  • Building out the change management strategy and approach and applying that to projects throughout the Capgemini organization as well as for our external clients.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Min 5 years’ experience in enterprise Change Management (change management certification will be an asset i.e. PROSCI) and proven track of big size projects delivery.
  • Ability to develop and apply a structured change management methodology and approach.
  • Experience in developing change management strategies and plans, including change impact assessment, stakeholder assessment and stakeholder management, communications management, leadership alignment, resistance management, change readiness, capability transfer, training management, change adoption measures.  
  • Partner with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, preferably supported by delivering projects in given area.
  • Experience in consulting projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Previous experience in solutioning.
  • Expert communicator and influencer with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent Presentation skills (developing and delivering).
  • Fluent English, (French or German would be an asset).
