YOUR TASKS
- Support the maintenance of the Integrated Management System through reviews and by supporting the responsible business owners with the preparation of their documentation
- Support in tracking risk & compliance records such as audit findings, KPIs, OTACE reports etc. and follow-up on the execution of business process controls
- Provide advice to business owners on how to improve their operations from a risk and auditing perspective
- Provide support on internal audits and assessments on these controls and help prepare for audits that are conducted by the clients, regulatory bodies, and external auditors (ISAE, ISO).
YOUR PROFILE
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of financial management, economics, econometrics, accounting, actuarial sciences or related
- Affinity with the finance, accounting, reporting, risk, modeling or treasury functions in the financial services sector
- An excellent command of the English languages
- You are eager to learn and improve on your expertise and your role in supporting the second line risk and compliance function.
- You stay sharp and keep asking questions, because you want to get to the bottom of things.
- In addition, you’re an analytic person, and you have a structured and careful way of working.
