YOUR ROLE

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for resolving process related issues, ensuring compliance, establishing and developing relationships with stakeholders, developing strategies and solutions for problematic customers. You will manage a team of individuals and support them in the daily activities as well as in their development. You may manage the Client relationship, usually on the local country level.

YOUR TASKS

  • Managing a small team and ensuring the delivery of high quality service to the client.
  • Ensuring team targets are met.
  • Ensuring the implementation and adherence to the agreed policy.
  • Conducting internal projects and managing processes within R2R/P2P/C2C independently.
  • Providing statuses and reporting to the Client.
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for the client specific application of the client processes.
  • Supporting Team Manager in handling of escalations from Client stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 4 years of experience in Finance R2R/P2P/C2C area.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Accounting process knowledge.
  • Experience in people management as Team Leader/Team Leader's Backup/Coordinator.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Multitasking, attention to details and ability to organize your own work according to procedures.
