YOUR ROLE

Local HR Services Analysts play a crucial role in supporting audits. They may assist with administrative tasks such as creating and updating employee files, generating HR reports, preparing HR documents, and managing HR systems.

YOUR TASKS

• Answer client’s calls and emails;
• Process HR Administration requests;
• Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;
• Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan;
• Update all required process documentation within agreed timeframes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Ability to speak one of the languages: Portuguese/Spanish/Italian (B2/C1);
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2);
• Strongly developed  interpersonal skills;
• Student status or completed higher education;
• Interest in HR issues and willingness to develop in this area.
