This position reports to

CTC Financial Controller.

Your role and responsibilities

We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of innovation and industrial digitalization. At the forefront is our Corporate Technology Center which develop breakthrough technologies, provides software and deep domain expertise. As a Junior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist you will be a member of the Finance team in Corporate Technology Centre. Providing support and key assistance to the engineers, management and business partners.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Providing financial reporting and analysis
• Preparing and reconciling accruals, provisions and sales orders
• Validating the accuracy of financial data, business information and reports by performing reconciliations and reviews
• Assisting in the preparation of business planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting ad-hoc requests for the Financial Controller and Management Team
• Identifying and implementing improvements in local financial processes

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• You have minimum 1 year of experience in the area of finance, controlling or accounting
• You possess good knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills
• You are at ease communication on English
• You have analytical skills, paying attention to details, good communication skills
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
