Requirements

• min. 7 years of professional experience in finance,
• experiance on the Group Financial Controller position,
• very good practical knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation,
• background in BIG4 or/and ACCA will be a great asset,
• fluent communication in English,
• proficiency in MS Excel,
• ability to manage a small team,
• hands-on approach,
• strong analytical skills,
• ability to work under pressure of deadline.

Responsibilities

• manage a team of financial controllers,
• prepare financial consolidation in accordance with IFRS,
• coordinate preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans,
• oversee of management reporting,
• analyse profitability of business initiatives (financial modelling and risk assessment),
• cooperate directly with Group CFO,
• liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities,
• ensure compliance with company policies,
• develop and improve reporting and controlling tools.
