This position reports to

Global Autobank & Process Excellence Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate monitoring and processing of cash application process. Reporting to Global AutoBank and Process Excellence Manager you will provide support to the Central Europe region.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Creating of rules and search patterns for the automatic processing of bank statements (for all streams: GL, AR and AP)
• Continuously improving AutoBank Master Data
• Automating of bank statements (creation of automatic rules to post payments)
• Maintaining the conversion tables of AutoBank
• Preparing reports on volumes, processing time, productivity gain, matching rates versus manual processing and unallocated cash balances
• Providing support for End Users and delivering adequate trainings
• Finding solutions for various incidents
• Working closely with business consultants and projects teams to perform small system changes

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• You have excellent process understanding of Post-Processing (Accounts Receivable accounting)
• You possess very good knowledge of MS Office, Power BI knowledge would be a plus
• You have 3 years of end user experience in working with SAP
• General understanding of business O2C E2E process
• You are at ease communication in English, any other CEE language would be advantageous
• You possess excellent analytical skills, you are passionate about understanding complex scenarios and developing creative solutions
• You are self-motivated, solutions driven, detail-oriented and organized
