You’ll focus on being the forefront of designing,  developing, and implementing information technology including hardware, software, and  networks that enhances security of internal information and protect our firms intellectual assets. 

We are looking for:

Information Security Generalist

 

Your future role: 

  • Assist countries in deployment of Endpoint, Data Security and Email Security solutions; 
  • Incident support for any service disruptions, system outages, DR/BC activities  with PwC and vendor support teams and trouble-shooting for email security  issues;
  • Tune and maintain capabilities of Data Security solutions for the endpoint, email and cloud service offerings; 
  • Monitor security solutions on a daily basis, identify and resolve issues and incidents based on SOPs;
  • Dispatch and process requests coming from the territory-level security organizations in relation to supported security solutions; 
  • Core areas of focus will be around Endpoint Protection & Endpoint Security  (Advanced Malware Protection,Signature Based Antivirus, Disk Encryption, Endpoint Firewall, User Rights Management), operating systems and  Infrastructure Security Operations;
  • Develop, review and update the data security policies and procedures;
  • Through cooperation with vendors, operational teams, system administrators, security architects, developers and others; 
  • Monitor application usage trends, system/user reporting and ensure data backups are captured, perform recovery tests;
  • Prepare change  documents, CAB presentation and perform changes within the guidelines;
  • Maintain operational documentation detailing technical environment, farm/site  configuration, and support processes. 

Apply if you have: 

  • At least 2 years of experience and understanding of the IT infrastructure and information security environment; 
  • Working knowledge of the following operational areas: Server OS and virtualization, Antivirus & Anti Malware solutions management, Scripting (ideally Powershell),  Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Privileged Access Management, Vulnerability and Patch Management, SIEM tooling, ITSM processes knowledge; 
  • Understanding of coding languages: Regular Expression, Python, Search Process Language (SPL); 
  • Experience with Data Loss Prevention tooling for Endpoint, Server, Mail, network, Cloud; 
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining Data identification and Data  Classification tooling or processes;
  • Good understanding of Boolean Logic and DLP lifecycle;
  • Basic understanding of email security compliance, active directory attributes and email authentication mechanisms; 
  • Prior experience administering and maintaining email security SaaS; 
  • Basic knowledge of regex, powershell xml or html;  
  • Good understanding of network, DNS and peripherals.
