YOUR ROLE

As an RPA Solution Architect, you will implement, test and deploy Automation Software solutions and interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution. The role is essential in leading design, specification and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead the organization in exploiting technology and using knowledge of IT solutions to drive organization change and to support business process design.
• Support/Mentor the development team in creating solutions & perform Quality Assurance process.
• Document & maintain best practices and development techniques.
• Build & maintain relationship with the stakeholders.
• Act as point of escalation for the client.
• Act as a mentor and team leader for the automation architect team, drive trainings and participate in recruitment activities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in IT or technical related, management or equivalent experience.
• Min. 4-years of development experience with RPA platforms, Blue Prism (UiPath/other will be an asset), and object-oriented programming language.
• Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
• Technical knowledge and knowledge of design patterns in Enterprise Application/Information Integration area.
• Technical skills and experience necessary for independent realization of tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions (creation, modification, extension).
