YOUR ROLE

As the BRM PMO Lead, you are be the guardian of process compliance for this critical function. You are also be the custodian of a variety of confidential artifacts including deal review decks, context notes around deals, minutes of review calls and meets, and other email threads and exchanges amongst senior leaders triggered in the interest of pursuing client opportunities and negotiating positions.

YOUR TASKS

  • Support the global BRM in the design, revision and/or alignment of BRM processes from time to time (MS PowerPoint deck creation/revisions).
  • Interface closely with senior GBL leaders or their executive assistants in managing time slots for review calls for deals escalated to global for guidance and approvals. This includes timely assistance for urgent/unplanned call re-scheduling/re-slotting.
  • Team up collaboratively with BRMs across regions in ensuring accurate and comprehensive information/material is available in advance of every deal review. This includes guiding the BRMs on information/data expectations for specific sections/slides within the review decks.
  • Build high-quality, accurate and comprehensive trackers, dashboards, reports and analyses that help provide real-time visibility on opportunities/deals escalated to global. This includes both scheduled/periodic and on-demand reports, including consolidated monthly/quarterly/annual reports and analyses
  • Closely monitor process deviations across regions and alert the global BRM Head in a timely manner so as to ensure timely and appropriate leadership intervention/resolution
  • Establish and maintain an up-to-date confidential/restricted-access repository of all BRM and deal-related artifacts, email threads, reports and analyses (also own the data/information gathering and structured storage process).
  • Communicate and track to closure, all important actions issued by the global BRM Head to Region BRMs and other stakeholders, including periodic region-level closure checks on actions emanating from critical audits such as GIA (Group Internal Audit).

YOUR PROFILE

  • Adept at generating dashboards, reports and analyses independently (usually and frequently in Microsoft Excel)
  • Proficient in comprehending complex process definitions and workflows, and capable of creating/revising process/procedure and other reference documents with minimal supervision (usually in Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across functions (Commercial & Legal, Finance, Sales & Bid, Delivery, others) at all levels and coordinate their involvement for.
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-changing environment with tight schedules, managing multiple demands and interacting with geographically dispersed stakeholders
  • Communication skills to ensure information is swiftly disseminated within the BRM community and beyond.
  • Effective co-ordination and communications/interfacing across multiple deal/bid stakeholders to plan, organize and monitor the proceeds of deal reviews.
