YOUR TASKS

• Managing escalations and ensuring the overall team cycle time and effectiveness for deductions and disputes.
• Acting as the first escalation point for contested disputes and deductions.
• Escalating problem deductions and disputes to the client in accordance with the escalation policy and preparing recommendations for actions.
• Reviewing query developments and trends at various customer levels, providing root cause analysis of anomalies, and recommending solutions.
• Attending face-to-face customer meetings as required.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in a Finance & Accounting role, including managing a team of specialists.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries and escalations.
• Excellent negotiation skills that deliver the desired result.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Education background in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics appreciated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
