We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC II to join our team. This role is located in Wroclaw - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Preform reconciliations between source systems to identify any gaps/differences in regulatory reporting contacts.
  • Take full responsibility for investigating and escalating any daily discrepancies related to regulatory reporting set-up. Work with the appropriate client facing teams, technology teams or other stakeholders to manage any systemic changes.
  • Monitor outgoing quarterly regulatory reporting to identify, investigate and flag up any delivery issues.
  • Maintain oversight of all ongoing identified regulatory reporting related exceptions.
  • Investigate and log any regulatory incidents or breaches as appropriate

  • Proven organisation and prioritisation skills and ability to manage self to meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Ability to understand complexities.
  • Proactive and uses initiative
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data consistency and correctness
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Fluent English spoken and written (min B2 level)

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong digital and IT skills, including MS Excel
  • Previous experience of managing multiple, high-volume tasks.
  • Ability to understand, adapt and drive change initiatives.
  • Financial services experience
  • Flexibility
