YOUR TASKS

  • Accountable for Service Availability, Performance, Incident resolution and Customer Satisfaction of assigned services.
  • Drive the execution of processes and tasks efficiently and expeditiously.
  • Identify and lead opportunities for continuous service improvement of applications/infrastructure.
  • Review and assess customer feedback and utilize expertise to improve and refine services.
  • Collaborate and strategize with management, Service Owners, and Stakeholders to simplify application/infrastructure landscape.
  • Drive efforts to ensure Service Run issues are resolved and SLAs are met.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers by identifying and communicating customer needs and executing service delivery within the company context.
  • Manage and deliver services with Customer first attitude to build and improve perception of Group IT.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 12+ years of experience in service delivery management (application / infrastructure maintenance and support experience) with specific experience in Service Run activities.
  • Experience in process improvement, project delivery, and data mining especially in software, infrastructure, and/or product development.
  • Proven experience as a customer advocate.
  • Experience navigating and negotiating conflict.
  • 8+ years customer service, project management, and quality control experience.
  • Proven teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing sensitive and sometimes confidential information
