THE WORK
- Respond to customer inquiries related to service and repair requests via phone and email.
- Review and validate contractual agreements related to the service and repair process, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach.
- Manage orders and returns activities in SAP.
- Coordinate the service and repair process by collaborating with internal teams and spare parts vendors.
- Driven by challenges, address and resolve customer queries within established contractual metrics.
Flexible
The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Fluency in English and German, C1 level required (written and spoken)
- Microsoft Office package knowledge
- High communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in customer service and/or working with SAP would be an asset
