We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative I to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland- HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Prepare and check trading related reporting to Clients and internal stakeholders through the appropriate and dedicated TA platform.
  • Process liquidity related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
  • Integrate in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Maintain data in the TA platforms/systems.
  • Familiarize with team procedures as and when they come up for update.
  • Contribute to the achievement of related teams’ objectives.
  • Provide analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
  • Answer inquiries, solve problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • min.3 years of total work experience, experience in banking operations will be an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines. 
  • Quick to develop new skills and a pro-active approach to learning and training.
  • Fluent English is essential for this role.
