We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Product Owner II to join our team. This role is located in Wroclaw - HYBRID.

Summary of group:

The Eagle product suite is very important and influential for our clients, and we need strong leaders who understand the product and have deep business skills in the investment accounting domain. We are looking for Technology Product Owners who can guide a team of engineers in different locations to create innovative solutions for our clients and grow revenue for the firm. You will be in charge of delivering the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Eagle Accounting product and will have the chance to transform the current Eagle Accounting products to future cloud-based functionality and experiences.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead agile development team to deliver high value investment accounting solutions 
  • Manage project scope and timelines, groom and prioritize team backlog, identify and resolve issues, and plan contingencies.
  • Mentor and guide team to meet the definition of done, provide domain expertise, conduct sprint reviews/demos/retros, and enforce best practices.
  • Guide decisions made in collaboration with development teams regarding the technical framework based on design needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and business value by prioritizing and solving customer/stakeholder problems.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, resiliency, and security of the applications.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and deliverables.
  • Support production deployments and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external technology teams for service delivery.
  • Consult and collaborate with internal business partners to execute service delivery strategy 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 5-10 years experience and expertise in developing, implementing or operating investment accounting systems, Eagle accounting software a plus
  • Strong technical experience with the ability to communicate and present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders/audiences, excellent problem-solving capabilities, experience with agile methodologies and a track record of successful product launches. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience migrating products to the cloud a plus.
