Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in accounting,
  • knowledge of the SAP system will be an asset,
  • ability to use MS Office,
  • high analysis and problem-solving skills,
  • good communication skills and attention to detail,
  • fluency in English and Spanish (at least B2),
  • experience in transition and project improvement will be nice to have,
  • a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or the economy area will be a huge advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • processing invoices and preparing payment proposals,
  • performing reconciliations,
  • recording of invoices, trigger approvals and schedule payments,
  • monitoring blocked items on a daily basis,
  • settling travel & expenses in cooperation with employees,
  • participation in process transition,
  • involvement in the automation and standardization of financial processes,
  • cooperation with other financial departments and with local markets,
  • communication with business partners and third parties as needed to resolve invoice inquiries, discrepancies, and approvals.
