Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Accountant
Your future role:
- Invoice creation and distribution, ensuring the accuracy of invoices’ details, including amounts, customer information, and payment terms,
- Performing all tasks connected with payment collection, handling and processing various payment methods,
- Customer account management, responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, and account balances,
- Provide detailed analysis of portfolio aging and highlight areas of concern based on company guidelines,
- Reconciling the AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted,
- Processing Bank statements transactions in ERP system,
- Verifying discrepancies and clear unmatched transactions,
- Complying with and work towards achieving quantity and quality indicators – SLAs, KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics,
- Identifying/proposing potential process improvements and cooperating in lean actions,
- Onboarding of new peers into the team’s processes and procedures (buddy role).
Apply if you have:
- Higher Education - University Degree (degree in accounting, finance, economics as an asset),
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable area,
- Fluency in English and one of the other European languages (f.ex. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese),
- Extensive analytical and computer skills (Excel on advanced level),
- Experience in working with accounting software,
- Experience in the implementation of new customer service.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in working in SSC,
- ACCA or any other accounting certificate started.
