Contract Job Title: Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis Representative II

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, Corporate Actions to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Wrocław, hybrid. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Maintaining the quality and accuracy of data within the Corporate Actions system.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Daily cooperating with colleagues from: Poland, Ireland, India, US.
•  Developing and implementing data-related processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
•  Analysing data to identify trends and potential problems.
• Participating in data-related projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Monitor and process Corporate Action events across all accounting platforms.
• Creation of Corporate Action notifications for global teams.
• Processing of internal distributions for FA teams.
• Participate in daily huddles with internal teams. 
• Interact with external data providers for data accuracy.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Strong clerical skills with particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft packages particularly Excel.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Motivated team members with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Professional approach to work and personal appearance.
• Previous experience in Corporate Actions is a plus.
