We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Risk Quality Assurance VP to join our Risk and Compliance Assurance and Testing team. This role is located in Wroclaw – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Assess and test the design and operating effectiveness of the firm’s processes and controls through audit-like reviews
• Identify and articulate issues and suggested action plans based on the review results
• Validate adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, rules and internal Policies/Procedures 
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with review stakeholders, team members, and others in the organization

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance and/or testing functions
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues, troubleshooting technical challenges, and developing solutions
• Proven understanding of risk management practices and types, e.g., Operational, Third-Party, Technology, Treasury, etc.
• Effective interpersonal skills to build relationships, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
