YOUR ROLE

Project coordinator works with moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge. Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver in accordance to deadlines. May identify a problem and generate possible solutions and assesses each using standard procedures.

YOUR TASKS

• Projects coordination – various project coordination and support working along with the Executives,
• Reports preparation – reports based on data gathered from various people and presenting them in a good visual form in Excel,
• Presentation Making – Power Point presentations for various purposes,
• Events management /online webinars, trainings – planning, coordinating, agenda preparation,
• Communication support – preparing announcements, communication design,
• Documentation Flow – making sure the documentation flow is in place and without delays,
• Always deliver the highest standard of support as a first point of contact.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in projects coordination,
• Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidential information, ability to exercise good judgment as well as initiative in a variety of situations with limited supervision,
• Excellent communication skills needed to interact at various organizational levels,
• Highly professional, personable style, which fosters trust and cooperation,
• Power BI knowledge,
• Fluent English.
• Excel RPA would be a plus
