This position reports to

Controlling & Planning Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will aid the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics for performance versus budgets and forecasts, while identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance. Reporting to the Controlling & Planning Team Leader you will benchmark KPIs with peers and work with management to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and to identify trends. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Preparing various business analysis and reports for Sales expenses area (SAP Torque entities)
• Monthly and quarterly closing activities
• Validating the accuracy of financial data and business information, reviewing exceptions, reporting in local ERP, Abacus and BI reporting
• Verifying the correctness of reported financial data in relevant PGs/ Divisions
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, ad-hoc requests for the Country Marketing & Sales Controller
• Engaging in local FTP project tasks, developing new reports
• Maintaining proper documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

• You are able to work effectively in a team environment
• You have at least 5 years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A
• Possess advanced Excel skills
• You present analytical and organizational skills, have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and confidence in information produced
• Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration
• You are at ease communicating in English
• You hold current a valid work permit/VISA in Poland
