YOUR CLIENT

Our client is a provider of data intelligence platform powered by active metadata. The Platform delivers trusted data for every user, every use case and across every source. It helps the data leaders to increase data governance adoption, deliver more traceable and compliant AI use cases. The company offers services such as enterprise Data Catalog, Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Privacy, Data Quality, and observability and core services.

YOUR TASKS

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Collibra's DQ customers and partners, ensuring all support tickets are resolved within the agreed SLA
  • Coordinate and track the escalation of tickets to the Collibra FTE support team, guaranteeing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain meticulous records of all communications and actions related to support tickets in Zendesk
  • Contribute to the Collibra knowledge base by adding frequently asked questions and solutions
  • Be ready to participate in on-call rotations to address severe issues (Severity 1) promptly

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with databases, reading and writing SQL queries
  • Understanding of Networking and Firewall Basics
  • Basic experience with Java and REST API
  • Knowledge of SSL, SSO, and LDAP to ensure secure and seamless customer experiences

Nice to have:

  • Basics of Kubernetes, Spark, and Hadoop
