YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Delphi Engineer, you will be responsible for a complete end to end application development that includes UI, Business and Data Layer; understanding Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities. Core technical stack will include Delphi 11 / Delphi 7, ADO, REST API’s.

YOUR TASKS

• Participate fully in software development life cycle for complex projects

• Design, build and produce software solutions independently

• Collaboratively support, troubleshoot and fix issues as part of broader software development team

• Work with and lead onsite and offshore delivery and operations teams

• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance

• Establish metric-driven goals and report status, risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• 6+ years in software development
• Solid working knowledge of Delphi 7/11, ADO, XML
• Knowledge of relational databases: MS SQL Server (Query Analyzer, Profiler, Traces), T-SQL
• Extensive experience of Delphi classes/functions, VCL library and Dev Express library
• Familiarity with Delphi component architecture and development of package libraries
• Familiarity with RESTful, JSON component architecture
• Extensive knowledge of OOD, Programming, and Analysis
• Expertise in using debugging tools to analyze software defects and impacts of changes
• Solid working knowledge of Perforce, JIRA
• Solid experience working in Agile environment 

Nice to have:

• Experience with C# ,.NET core and ASP.NET
• Experience working with Apache ActiveMQ/Artemis message broker and Apache Camel
