YOUR ROLE

Capgemini University is looking for an experienced learning design professional with a successful track record in corporate learning. As a Learning Architect, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling learning experiences to support the growth and development of our global workforce aligned to our Group strategic priorities. Together with the Learning Architect Team Lead and Head of Design, you will help to drive best-in-class, innovative learning solutions to our worldwide audience.

YOUR TASKS

  • Developing learning experience design concepts (based on proven theory) that meet employee needs and drives business impact.
  • Managing detailed and iterative design development processes, with clear project plans, stakeholder management, meeting project objectives and required deliverables.
  • Supporting project kick-off meetings with project teams to build understanding of the client and project.
  • Understand employee learning needs: work with the team to understand business challenges, employee needs, and evaluate the potential impact of learning experiences as a solution.
  • Drive innovation: encourage a curious mindset in the team to explore new possibilities and always looking for the now, new, and next of design innovations.
  • Learning Technology Integration: stay up-to-date with the latest learning tools and methodologies, integrating them into the design process to enhance the learning experience.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3 years + of Instructional Design / Learner Experience Design with demonstrated knowledge of principles, practices, and procedure.
  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional, Technology, or related field of study is a plus.
  • Experience in overseeing multiple projects and strategic prioritization, setting expectations and prioritizing activities.
  • Experience in creating and maintain design schedules, and reporting project updates, sharing program design/development progress, and gaining necessary alignment / approval.
  • Experience in leading collaborative design sessions including preparation, blueprinting and ideation.
  • Capable of visualizing ideas in a clear form (sketch, diagram, wireframe, or prototype) and provide appropriate level documentation.
  • Knowledgeable in adult-learning principles and emerging learning solutions, including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements.
