YOUR TASKS

• Participate in the GBS transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables. 
• Participate in the projects that may be related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar   
• Learn and apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes 
• Participate in the Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, leading the different work project work streams and supporting the documentation of agreed solutions and decisions  
• Analyze data and information received from Client in order to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations  
• Interact with Client Stakeholders and build long lasting relationship that will result in successful sale of future opportunities 

YOUR PROFILE

• Understanding of Service Delivery Models (GBS/ SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT etc.) 
• General understanding and insight of GBS/ SSC service components (BPO / SSC markets / trends, CI, governance model, performance management, organizational structure, contracting, legal aspects, office fit out, connectivity, IT, back office, visual management, and others) 
• Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects delivery 
• General process knowledge - AP/AR/GL/MDM
• Experience in business transformation project
• Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle (will be an advantage)
