Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Expert – Analyst/Consultant (ICH Europe)
Your responsibilities
- Interact with senior stakeholders to assess business needs, identify improvements, and implement advanced technology solutions. Driven by challenges.
- Support the end-to-end implementation of EPM solutions (SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, Anaplan). Thrive on continuous advancement.
- Assist in EPM tool selection and develop implementation roadmaps. Proactive learner and achiever.
- Share leading practices in financial planning and analytics. Dedicated to ongoing improvement.
- Foster a passion for personal development and continuous learning in financial processes.
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exposure to one of the following areas: financial planning, management reporting, financial consolidation, statutory reporting, GAAP/IFRS regulations at large multinational companies, or IT background with exposure to Finance functions. Driven by challenges.
- Business acumen, good understanding of financial accounting fundamentals and key performance indicators in the CFO organization.
- Familiarity with at least and EPM tool, e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, Anaplan, Tagetik, SAP Group Reporting. Continuous learning.
- Ability to solve complex problems and to work in a project-based environment. Proactive learner and achiever.

Working conditions
- Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
- Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
- We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
