We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Solutions Consulting to join our team. This role is located in Wroclaw - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Documenting and validating business requirements related to Financial Data Management and Portfolio Accounting.
• Creating functional specifications and procedures.
• Creating test plans and performing system testing.
• Using querying tools to access and analyze financial data.
• Researching issues and bugs.
• Configuring custom solutions using Data and Platform Solutions’ products.
• Assisting clients and internal teams in effectively accessing and consuming data content as well as advising on data governance best practices.
• Being a liaison between developers, operations, and other teams.
• Working on an agile/scrum-based team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or with Investment Management data domains such as Securities, Accounting, Custody, Analytics, Transfer Agency, Performance and Reference data.
• Although no programming experience is required, the desire to learn the technical architecture and structure of the system is required.
• Good problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and experience within a client-facing financial role.
• Good knowledge of SQL is desirable.
• Fluent English spoken and written (min. B2 level).
