We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Application Support I to join our Growth Ventures team. This role is located in Wroclaw - HYBRID.

Your role

The Accounting Product Specialist is a “Subject Matter Expert” in one or more functional areas within Eagle’s product suite. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills and possess the ability to quickly triage and resolve complex client issues. The analyst should have a deep understanding of fund or investment accounting treatments and practices. Experience with Eagle products or other complex integrated systems is a plus. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow their technical skills. 
Accounting Product Specialist is must also have solid communication skills and be able to effectively correspond with clients, Client Operation Managers, engineers, and Product Owners.
 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the operational Fund or Investment Accounting (Eagle products is a plus) and deep understanding of financial services industry
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, mathematical and communication skills
  • Experience as a business system analyst 
  • Experience with some of the following is preferred: Microsoft Office, relational databases, Oracle, Jira, Service Now
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or technology, or equivalent and technical certifications
