We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Payroll Administrator join our Team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland (Hybrid)

Job Purpose: 

This position has the primary responsibility of ensuring all employees are paid on time and correctly, and an exceptional service is delivered to all stakeholders

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

  • Preparation and production of Time and Attendance records, to ensure that all employees have accurate data regarding overtimes and absences
  • Managing the time tracking system (Kronos – My Time)
  • Preparation of Monthly reports (such as overtime report, year to date reports, ad hoc ones)
  • Cooperation with third parties (vendors)
  • Sick leave process (implementation of sick leaves to the system, coordination of supporting documentation)
  • Check of payroll list calculation for about 2000 employees 
  • Query resolution – all queries connected with salary payments and payroll processing  
  • Work as a member of the team, participating fully in team activities and taking joint responsibility for team goals.
    Work with the Payroll Manager to identify and prioritise self-development and learning opportunities.
  • BNYM Client/Customer Focus – Takes personal responsibility for ensuring delivery against promises to the customer; quickly removes barriers to effective delivery; Goes the extra mile to meet customers’ critical needs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within own area and across BNYM as a whole; proactively seek opportunities to improve service delivery to customers
  • Continually enhance BNYM’s reputation for excellent customer service both internally and externally; respond courteously to queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required.
  • To provide additional support to the Payroll Manager and MyTime Team as required

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  

  • Knowledge of Work Time Regulations
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Technical orientation
  • Ability to independently problem solve
  • Knowledge of Kronos system would be an asset 
  • Good English skills written and spoken
