The Recruitment & Attraction team at PwC Poland consists of 48 recruitment specialists. Our daily life involves, first and foremost, working with other people. We coordinate recruitment processes in the broad areas of finance, law or technology. We automate our systems, change our processes to ensure the highest quality candidate experience, and provide training to the business on what we do best, namely recruiting.
We are looking for:
Recruitment Intern
Do you enjoy working with people? Is Candidate Experience important to you, as well as ensuring the proper conduct of the recruitment process? Are you interested in the area of business partnership in aspects related to recruiting new employees? Do you like to engage in projects and initiatives from various HR areas? If so, take on the challenge and join us!
Your future role:
- Support in various areas of the end-to-end recruitment process (depending on the team's needs),
- Use of various recruitment tools to acquire candidates,
- Participation in Employer Branding events and job fairs,
- Cooperation with career Offices,
- Supervising the quality and efficiency of processes,
- Cooperation with leaders in the candidate assessment process,
- Preparation of status reports on conducted recruitment processes,
- Participation in preparation and implementation of additional projects.
Apply if you have:
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish language,
- Communication skills, relationship building, professionalism,
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and Google tools.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in conducting internal recruitment processes. HR department or recruitment agency,
- Very good knowledge of German language.
