Payroll Administration Specialist

Our Requirements:
- Good analytical skills
- Experience in the payroll department
- Knowledge of Polish Labor Law and Payroll issues
- Ability to cope with access to sensitive information
- Proactive approach to assigned tasks and willingness to learn new issues
- Good communication skills
- Precise, consistent and patient
- Well organized, focused on details
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Educational background in Accounting/ Finance/Economics will be an asset
Your future tasks:
- Independent preparation of payrolls for employees and contractors
- Making deductions based on enforcement titles
- Employee remuneration analysis
- Answering employees' questions regarding remuneration
- Issuing employment and salary certificates
- Payroll data reporting
- Daily cooperation within the team and the entire HR department
